Meeting with us virtually is easy

    How do I do this?

    Let the worrying to us, try to log into your computer a few minutes before your appointment time. If you are using Zoom or Simple Practice Telehealth for the first time, you may have to download the app or sign in. If you have trouble getting in just call your therapist and they will walk you through the process.

    What happens next?

    After you enter the virtual room you will be placed into the virtual waiting room. No worries if we don’t let you in right away. We may be doing virtual therapy with another client and will let you in as soon as we can.

    If you have headphones for your computer, please grab them. Using headphones is very helpful to you and the therapist as it eliminates background noise.

    This platform creates private links for each service. These links will be provided via reminder notifications for each appointment.

    If you are unable to find your link, please contact Amanda and she will forward you the client to your cell phone or email.
