A little about us.

We are a collaboration of independent mental health practitioners. The office we share is located in Central PA. Our mission is to eliminate the stigma of therapy and create a space where mental health care is normalized. We realize with the increasing complexity of living in our environment we need to put wellness first. Although we share a website, we are independently owned and operated. We picked the name of the website because we are aware of the complex evolving environment requiring all of us to put wellness first.
